Privacy Policy
We collect only what the AI needs to write lock screen text for you. We do not sell your data, show ads or track you in other apps.
1. Who we are
AI Lock Screen is owned by Volaris.kz LLP, Republic of Kazakhstan. For any questions about your data, contact info@volaris.kz.
2. Data we receive

We do not collect precise location (GPS), contacts, photos, messages, microphone or camera data. Google alone handles payment details such as card numbers; we cannot see them.
3. Other processors
- OpenAI writes the text. It receives questionnaire data without your phone number or device ID: name, gender, age, zodiac sign, interests, city, weather and broad activity levels for yesterday (“more than usual”) and the time you spent in the phone yesterday, rounded to half an hour and the length of last night's pause in phone use, also rounded to half an hour. On Sundays it also receives the average number of steps per day and the average time in the phone per day over the past week, rounded. Under its API terms, OpenAI does not use this data to train its models.
- Google (Gemini API and Google Search) searches the internet every night for general facts of the day (holidays, events, news, facts about countries and cities) and for the air quality, the forecast of magnetic storms and pressure, important sports events and events in our users' cities. These requests contain only names of cities and countries, never names or other personal data. If OpenAI is unavailable, Google may write your texts instead: it then receives the same questionnaire data as OpenAI (see above). Under the terms of the paid Gemini API tier, Google does not use this data to train its models.

- Google Play handles subscription payments.
- MET Norway provides weather for your city's coordinates, not your personal location.
4. Retention
We keep data while you use the app. If the app does not contact the server for 12 months, data is deleted automatically. We keep the history of shown phrases only as long as needed to avoid repetition. The device ID used for the free week remains after deletion to prevent a second free week; it cannot identify you.
5. Your rights
- Change data: in the app menu.
- Delete data: use “Delete my data” in the menu or email info@volaris.kz. We delete it within 30 days.
- Find out what we store or object to processing: email info@volaris.kz.
- Withdraw step-count permission: in phone settings; the app will keep working.
For EU residents, processing is based on performance of the contract (the service you installed) and your consent (steps). You may complain to your country's supervisory authority.
6. Age
The app is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If we learn a child is using it, we delete their data.
7. Security
Data is transmitted only over HTTPS. Only the owner has access to the server.
8. Changes
An updated policy will appear at the same URL with a new version date. We will announce significant changes in the app.
